 FACILITIES (INFRA.)

               
The infrastructure is broadly classified into three categories – general, specialised/specific, social which includes commercial and residential. The infrastructure across these sections will also be on the Plug and Play Format; fully furnished, equipped & ready for use. The facilities would cover:
 
   
  • Plug and play format.
  • Industry specific support facilities/services centres.
  • Pre-fabricated factories & pre-installed utilities.
  • Sterling SEZ offers from plots of land to ready infrastructure depanding on individual customer’s demand and specifications.
  • Commercial business districts.
  • Ready to move in office spaces with fully integrated IT infrastructure.
  • High-tech service centres.
  • Residential - Green building townships on a neighbourhood format.
  • Commercial comprising of food courts, hotels, shopping malls, multiplexes etc.
  • Recreation – golf courses, hotels & marinas, amusement parks, clubs and restaurants.
  • Education – Centre of Excellence in various disciplines; Management and Institutes & Multi technology Institutes; Colleges and Polytechnics. Primary and Secondary Schools.
  • Health - Primary Health Centres, Clinics, Nursing Homes and Hospitals.

 

SSEZ shall provide requisite infrastructure as below:

  • Demarcated land
  • Water
  • Effluent Discharge Network access
  • Approach road
  • Drainage & Sewerage
  • Info-com
  • Power at the Substation
  • CETP will be available

 

To be detailed more specifically in the Lease Deed

Approach road, construction power, construction water, demarcated land, would be given to start commencement of construction within one month of signing this Lease Deed, on the terms more particularly stated in the lease agreement and agreement for services to be entered

SSEZ shall provide all necessary documents required to be provided as a SEZ developer for CUSTOMER to get the letter of approval from Development Commissioner
